Please read these Terms carefully. They form a legal agreement between you and Autosphere Labs. Sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law affect your legal rights.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of autospherelabs.com and its pages, content and features (together, the “Site”), operated by Autosphere Labs (“Autosphere Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About us
Autosphere Labs is an automation, AI and game-development studio located at C2-1015, Pragati IT Park, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at support@autospherelabs.com.
Client engagements are separate
The Site describes our services, case studies and products for information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide any service.
Any services we provide—such as workflow automation, AI and voice agents, integrations, web or Unity development, pilots or retainers—are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties (for example a master services agreement, statement of work, proposal accepted in writing, and any data processing agreement). If there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the agreement prevails for the engagement.
Timelines, outcomes, statistics and pilot structures described on the Site (for example, “live in four weeks”) are illustrative and depend on scope, access to systems and data, and client cooperation.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for businesses, professionals and job seekers. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to submit information to us. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from receiving services under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not:
- Breach any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any person.

- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through denial-of-service attacks, malware, or excessive automated requests.

We may block access, reject submissions, or take other appropriate action—including reporting to law enforcement—if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
Responsible disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it privately to support@autospherelabs.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not access or modify data that isn’t yours, degrade the service, or disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows these guidelines.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content—including text, case studies, graphics, illustrations, logos, page designs, code, diagrams, images and video—are owned by or licensed to Autosphere Labs and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws in India and internationally.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site for your own informational purposes, and to share links to it. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
“Autosphere Labs”, our logo and our product names are our trademarks. Third-party names and logos—such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Unity and others—are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement or partnership unless stated.
Ownership of deliverables we create for clients is governed by the relevant client agreement, not by these Terms. Where case studies describe client work, they are shared with permission or in anonymised form.
Your submissions
When you send us information through the contact form or by email, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle personal data in your submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential information, trade secrets or unsolicited ideas through the Site before a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, we have no obligation to treat unsolicited submissions as confidential, and you agree that we may use general ideas, feedback or suggestions you send us without restriction or compensation. This does not give us any right to use your personal data beyond the Privacy Policy, or to your own pre-existing intellectual property.
Job applications
Job listings on our Careers page are invitations to apply, not offers of employment. Roles may be filled, changed or withdrawn at any time. Any offer of employment will be made in writing by an authorised representative. We never ask candidates to pay a fee to apply or to be hired; if you receive such a request claiming to be from us, please report it to support@autospherelabs.com.
Third-party sites, products and embeds
The Site links to third-party websites and services—including social networks, YouTube, Google Maps and tool vendors—and to our own separate products listed on our Platforms page. Those products are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to its terms.
Information on the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but its content—including articles, tutorials, case studies, statistics and technical descriptions—is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, compliance or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
Results described in case studies and testimonials reflect specific clients, systems and conditions; they are not a guarantee or prediction of results for you. Metrics such as hours saved or volumes handled are approximate. We may change, update or remove content at any time without notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, free of viruses or other harmful components, or available at any particular time or location.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autosphere Labs and its directors, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site—whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed INR 10,000 (or its equivalent in your local currency).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autosphere Labs and its directors, employees, contractors and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Availability, suspension and changes to the Site
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, temporarily or permanently, including for maintenance, security or business reasons, without liability to you. We may also restrict or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law—will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@autospherelabs.com and to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If it is not resolved, the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home courts or under mandatory local law, nothing in this section removes that right.
