What we built
We built a B2B prospecting and lead qualification system for a client managing multiple large Google Sheets (each with ~9,000–10,000 company records) across different clients. Their team was manually copying each company website into ChatGPT, running prompts, extracting information, and filling in spreadsheets—slow, error-prone, and inconsistent. The goal was to fully automate this repetitive process using n8n and AI agents while keeping accuracy high and the system scalable.
The challenge
Why automation was needed
The client's non-technical team faced several major problems:
- Managing tens of thousands of company records across multiple Google Sheets
- Manually visiting each company website and pasting its URL into ChatGPT to check qualification criteria
- Extracting details such as headquarter location, fleet size, geographic presence, and business type
- Repeating this process for thousands of records every single month
- Lacking clarity on which tools or tech stack could handle automation efficiently

The solution
How the workflow runs
